OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
The Fresh Faces Scholarship promotion is
open to all females over the age of 18,
regardless of nationality marital status,
religion, race, age, or prior modeling experience
and shall be construed and evaluated
according to the laws of the United States.
If you do not meet these requirements, we
ask that you not register with us. In order
to receive the stated promotion, it requires
completion of the offer terms. Offer terms
include; age and residency requirements,
along with a valid email and residency
address.
NO AFFILIATION OR ENDORSEMENT:
This promotion is the sole venture of Urban
Entertainment, LLC. and is solely
responsible for administration of this
offer. Urban Entertainment, LLC. is not
affiliated with, any of the schools,
advertisers, or corporate sponsors,
contained on this website in any way. All
trademarks are the property of their
respective owners with all rights reserved.
ELIGIBILITY:
This URBAN ENTERTAINMENT, LLC. promotion is
open to any individual 18 years or older.
Employees, officers, and directors of URBAN
ENTERTAINMENT, LLC. (Urban Entertainment,
LLC.) and its related companies and agents,
are not eligible.
All federal, state
and local laws and regulations apply. By
participating in the promotion, entrant
fully and unconditionally agrees to and
accepts these Official Rules. All decisions
of Urban Entertainment, LLC, which are final
and binding. Void outside of the U.S. and
where prohibited by law.

may be submitted using the online entry

and follow the links and instructions to
register. Applications
may be mailed along with completed entry
forms to Urban Entertainment, LLC. (see
further instructions below). Each entry must
be accompanied by a completed contest entry
form. Entries must be received by the
deadline public posted on FreshFaces2u.com
website.
URBAN ENTERTAINMENT, LLC. is not
responsible for errors, omissions, lost,
late, interruptions, deletions, delays in
operations or transmission, invalid,
incomplete, technically corrupted or
misdirected entries. All of these types of
entries will be disqualified.
All entries become the property of URBAN ENTERTAINMENT,
LLC. and will not be returned. URBAN
ENTERTAINMENT, LLC. is not responsible for
any claims, liabilities or damages in
conjunction with the prize of the contest.
URBAN ENTERTAINMENT, LLC. is not responsible
for any claims liabilities or damages in
conjunction with the process of meeting the
contest rules. URBAN ENTERTAINMENT, LLC.
reserves the right to disqualify contestants
for any reason we deem fit and at any time.
Contest rules and guidelines are subject to
update and modification at anytime and for
any reason.
In the event of a dispute as to the
identity of the entrant, entries will be
declared made by the authorized account
holder of the e-mail address submitted at
time of entry. The "authorized account
holder" is defined as the natural person who
is assigned to an e-mail address by an
Internet access provider, on-line service
provider or other organization (e.g.,
business, educational, institution, etc.)
that is responsible for assigning e-mail
addresses for the respective domain
associated with the submitted e-mail
address.
Submitting Digital Images:
Digital images should be submitted using
the online entry form. Images should be
formatted to 72 dpi, no larger than 600 by
450 pixels and no smaller than 300 by 225
pixels. Images should be submitted in JPG
(at high quality) or TIFF format. File sizes
must be less than 500K per image. Black and
white, sepia tone, and duotone images are
eligible. Digital images will not be
returned.
Image Modifications:
Minor digital enhancement is permitted, but
images that have been significantly modified
or appear unnatural will be disqualified.
Not Permitted:
· No
borders or frames may be added to
images.
· Adding or
replacing elements in an image is
not permitted.
· Artistic
filters are not permitted.
Permitted Modifications:
Images
may be cropped and rotated as
necessary as long as the rectangular
format is maintained and the size is
within the specifications above.

Watermarks, signatures, or copyright
notices may be added to images. The
winning images will be displayed
with the photographer's name
· Images
may be resized as long as the aspect
ratio is maintained
· Red-eye
removal and spot editing
· One-step
enhancement (such as "AutoFix",
"QuickFix", "Auto Levels", etc.)
· Use of
filters to sharpen, soften, blur,
despeckle, or remove noise.
· Use of
corrective functions to improve the
natural appearance of the image,
such as levels, contrast,
brightness, curves, intensity, tone,
hue, saturation, lightness, value,
color balance, and tint.
Photo Formats:
Entries may be color prints or digital
images. Please read the specific guidelines
for submitting digital images [link]
Photographer/Copyright:
All photo’s submitted must be authorized by
the original photographer. Your submission
of photo’s and entry form is your guarantee
that you are the authorized by the copyright
holder of the photo.
Number of Entries:
An individual may submit only one
application per contest.
Photo Restrictions:
Photos must be appropriate for posting on a
public website. Obscene, provocative or
otherwise questionable content will not be
considered. Urban Entertainment, LLC.
retains sole discretion as to what
constitutes inappropriate content. Photos
containing recognizable people must be
accompanied by a signed model release form

Return of Photos:
Photos, regardless of the medium, will not
be returned. Please do not send your only
copy of a photo.
Ownership/Use Rights:
By entering the contest, applicants agree to
have their image displayed on the
FreshFaces2u.com website without any fee or
other form of compensation, and agree that
Urban Entertainment, LLC. may display
winning images/photos in a "past winners"
photo gallery, and may make and retain
copies of the photo’s and profile for
archival purposes. Posted photos will be
subject to the “Photo/Profile Use Policy”.
Photos will be credited to the original
photographer named in the entry form.
Entries (including non-winning entries) may
be selected for display or use in other
Urban Entertainment, LLC. web pages.
Entrants agree that Urban Entertainment,
LLC. may contact them to obtain permission
for use of photos in this way. Entries will
never be used by Urban Entertainment, LLC.
in any manner for commercial advertising or
sale. In the event that ownership of any
photograph submitted to Urban Entertainment,
LLC. is contested in any manner, Urban
Entertainment, LLC. retains the discretion
to disqualify that photographs/applicant and
discontinue use of all submitted material.
Winner:
One winner will be selected based on the number of votes received on or before April 2, 2007.
The voting will start Friday Feb 2nd 2007 and run for
60 days afterward till April 2nd 2007. Each vote costs
a dollar (plus transaction fee's). The winner will be
announced by April 16th 2007after all the votes have been
tabulated and verified.
A one-time CASH scholarship/grant of
$10,000 will be awarded. Additionally the
winner will receive an expense paid trip
(air fare, hotel) and tour, to the college
of their choice. The second place winner will receive an exclusive photo shoot for "Antwain Pierre" an upscale Hip-Hop clothing line.
Use of the data and personal information will be in compliance
with our general privacy policy. You may

The potential winner will be notified by
e-mail, telephone, regular U.S. postal mail,
or by overnight carrier within approximately
three (5) business days of the selection.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted after
reasonable effort within two (2) weeks after
the first attempt to contact him/her, this
will result in forfeiture of the prize and
the next contestant with the highest vote
will be selected.
Along with a winner notification, winners
will be sent an affidavit of eligibility and
release. Winner must execute, without making
changes, and return this release for receipt
by Urban Entertainment, LLC. within 7 days
of the date on the winner notification
letter. Failure to execute and return this
affidavit within 7 days will result in
disqualification.
Potential winners must comply with all terms
and conditions of these Official Rules and
winning is contingent upon fulfilling all
requirements listed.
The scholarship monies will be paid
directly to the winner upon verification
that the winner applied. Odds of winning
depend on the number of eligible entries
received.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL
TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES,
ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE
PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
WINNER. The scholarship may be tax free if
the recipient meets all IRS requirements. To

Prize is awarded WITHOUT WARRENTY OF ANY
KIND, express or implied, without
limitation. If the winner chooses not to
accept his/her prize, an alternate winner
may be chosen. The award will be paid in one
lump sum to the winner of the promotion.
SUBSTITUTION & ASSIGNMENT:
Prize is not transferable. No substitution
or redemptions of prize
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
By participating, entrants (a): agree that
Urban Entertainment, LLC., and their
respective parent companies, affiliates,
subsidiaries, service providers, and
agencies, and their directors, officers,
agents, employees, attorneys, and any other
person or entity associated with such
entities and/or promotion shall not be
liable for any and all claims, damages,
losses or injuries, including any third
party claims, arising from or relating to,
in whole or in part, this Contest/Promotion,
including entry and participation is this
Contest and acceptance, possession, use or
misuse of the prizes; (b) agree that Urban
Entertainment, LLC. and its employees and
agents have neither made nor are in any
manner responsible or liable for any
warranty, representation, or guarantee,
express or implied, in fact or in law,
relative to any prize including, but not
limited to, its quality, mechanical
condition or fitness for a particular
purpose; (c) agree to be bound by the
official rules and the decisions of Urban
Entertainment, LLC. (including but not
limited to eligibility determinations) which
are final and binding in all respects; and
(d) consent to use of his/her name,
photograph and/or likeness for advertising
and promotional purposes in connection with
this Promotion without additional
compensation, unless prohibited by law.
All entrants further agree that in the
event of any third party claims, damages,
losses or injuries, arising from or relating
to this Contest, they will indemnify Urban
Entertainment, LLC. from any and all such
claims, including the attorneys' fees
related thereto. Urban Entertainment, LLC.
shall not be liable for entries and winner
notification responses that are delayed,
lost, misdirected, illegible, mutilated,
incorrect or incomplete, and such entries
will be not be eligible for this Contest.
Urban Entertainment, LLC. is not responsible
for late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate or
misdirected entries, whether caused by any
technical or human error which may occur in
the processing of the entries in the
Promotion; computer system, phone line,
computer equipment or computer malfunctions,
software, program malfunctions or other
failures, or other errors or delays; or
network connections that are human,
mechanical or technical in nature. Entrant
further agrees that in any cause of action,
Urban Entertainment, LLC. and its employees
and agents liability will be limited to the
cost of entering and participating in the
contest, and in no event shall the released
parties be liable for attorneys fees.
Entrant waives the right to claim any
damages whatsoever, including, but not
limited to, punitive, consequential, direct
or indirect damages. ANY PERSON ATTEMPTING
TO DEFRAUD OR IN ANY WAY TAMPER WITH THIS
CONTEST WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR PRIZES AND
MAY PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW. Urban Entertainment, LLC.
reserves the right, in their sole
discretion, to cancel or suspend this
Contest should viruses, bugs or other causes
beyond their control corrupt the
administration, security or proper play of
the Contest. Urban Entertainment, LLC.
further reserves the right to modify the
rules of the Contest in any way or at any
time, as long as reasonable notice is given.
DISPUTES:
This Promotion is governed by the laws of
the United States without respect to
conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of
participating in this Promotion,
participants agree that any and all disputes
which cannot be resolved between the
parties, and causes of action arising out of
or in connection with this Promotion, shall
be resolved individually, without resort to
any form of class action, exclusively before
a court located in the U.S. having
jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute,
under no circumstances will participants be
permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby
waive all rights to claim punitive,
incidental or consequential damages,
including attorneys' fees, other than
participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses
(e.g. costs associated with entering), and
participant further waives all rights to
have damages multiplied or increased.
